Minor release on `v3.4.0`. `job = instanton` computes tunnelling
splittings and thermal rates from the ring-polymer instanton, and
path-integral quantum transition-state theory with the ring-polymer
recrossing factor follows the ring. The dynamics job runs path-integral
trajectories. The release also adds solid-state NEB and in-process CPMD
calculator groups through rgpot 3.4.0.
